My husband, David, is an O and though he follows much of the ER, he takes
vinegar (organic apple cider) for his digestion when he feels a certain way.
    Any comments?

If it works, don’t question it. That’s my comment. :) Typically, Type O’s don’t handle vinegar or anything “pickled” very
well. According to CR4YT, they’re indigestible and severely irritate
    the Type O stomach lining.
For a long time, I would have diarrhea after eating salad. Of course
I thought it was one of the vegetables. It never occurred to me that
    it was the dressing!
If your husband’s indigestion improves after taking organic apple
cider vinegar, then I wouldn’t want to be the one to tell him to stop
    taking it.
