Re[2]: [ER4YT-O] Digest Number 321
Oat Flour / Oat / Oatmeal / Oat Bran are listed on th e ER4YT Food List
v4.2 (03/2000) as AN that is:
“The food is an avoid [A] if you wish to lose weight or are
living with a chronic inflammatory disease. If you consider yourself
healthy and do not wish to lose weight, these foods are neutral.”
Artichoke pasta w/o semolina ??? Don’t know Ihave never even seen it
here in the UK, least not in the HFS that I frequent.
Othwers here have often said how they have benefitted from non-O
activities/foods, we are all individuals even if we have the same blood
type.
