"The food is an avoid [A] if you wish to lose weight or are
living with a chronic inflammatory disease. If you consider yourself
healthy and do not wish to lose weight, these foods are neutral."
Artichoke pasta w/o semolina ??? Don't know Ihave never even seen it
here in the UK, least not in the HFS that I frequent.
Othwers here have often said how they have benefitted from non-O
activities/foods, we are all individuals even if we have the same blood
type.
