		<description>Hi all
I do go to gym 4 times a week regardless of how long it takes me to do my
workout - find it helps to keep me positive and conmbats the feeling of stiff
joints.
I do Tai Chi and Chigon ( could have a different spelling where you are) for two
hours on a Saturday about 30 min every day ( or when possible) and 1 hour on
Sunday after gym.
It really helps to keep the spirit up and I make a point on going especially on
the days that I feel a bit down.
Good luck to all.
