		<description>Thank you very much - the Naturapath said that I was going through a detox and
 after the Aloe Juice, that I used, produced here in South Africa called Prosit
 feel much better today - the swelling is down and the back ache is also gone
 this morning so I am happy and smiling again and still stick to my routine at
 the gym even if it means taking 2 hours to do my 1 hour weight programme. Spent
 some time in the Sauna and it really helped me a lot.
 Aloe is mentioned as an avoid on the food list yet it really has done wonders
 for me - so I realise more and more that each of us need to listen to our own
 bodies and take from the food lists what works for us and what does not. I have
 an avacodo at least once a day and that too is an avoid on our list - no problem
 for me.
 Thanks to all for the learning we do on this site and I really enjoy all the
 sharing.
