Hi Elize!
Cold hands and feet are the result of spasm in the smaller arteries in the
limbs, and cold weather aggravates it reducing circulation of blood. I think
Qi-Gong exercises could help you greatly. I am familiar with Chi-lel :
www.chilel-qigong.com They have videotapes and tapes that are easy to learn
from. It might help also to massage the top and sole of both feet
(reflexology) between each toe at the ebb, and each toe. The point of most
importance is at the base between 2nd and 3th toes. For mood swings,
meditation is very helpful and if you don’t practice now, again, Qi Gong is a
sort of “moving meditation”. Hope you feel better. Teresa

Thank you very much.
I eat very little starch - have rice cakes or rye vita cripsbread. Also feel
much better this morning after the Aloe Juice even when shown as an avoid for
us. Also started taking more liquids and according to the Naturapath was part
of a detox after the trip from Alaska.
Thank you very much for sharing your advice with me.
Best wishes
