Thanks steve
I would love to have the info on the liquorice. I saw somewhere that the best

Elize,
I was just reading through the Cr4Yt trying to find something good to eat
when I happened upon page 49 that had this to say about aloe "Alfalfa, aloe,
burdock, and corn silk cause nonspecific immune stimulation of Type O, which
can exacerbate immune diseases."
Hope this is helpful.

as it claims to assist with nausea, depression, muscular pain,
menopausal symptoms, colon cleanser, candida, chronic fatigue etc
understand why we should not be able to use it as it contains all the
good fats and oils that we need.
Re-reading this (to stimulate the memory into some form of usefulness
:¬) Something in the ER4YT book, in the section on case studies,
is
the use of liquorice and potassium suppliments for ME/CFS suffers.
Dr D. believing that the liver problems are related to the causes of
these problems. There are two forms of liquorice suppliments, so if
you or anyone else wants more info I'll post it.

I saw one of those little pocket-size cards at the HFS that listed
California avocados as avoid, so I assumed that meant the Florida avocados
are okay.
