Need carob powder ideas

Well ‘New to Carob’ I thought carob was a replacement to cocoa/chocolate
powder so I would have thought anything that uses that could be easily
replaced with carob. I know that is not very helpful but will try to
find more later to day.

    Use as you would use cocoa powder.

    I’ve been using Almond extract instead of vannilla and it tastes really good
    (like ameretto). I’ll look for my recipes on carob too.
