Sugar cravings

Hi Nancy,
Carbs make you crave carbs. If you can go one day or two without any, you
won’t crave them any more. Actually, for different people, the period is
different. But any carb will cause subsequent cravings for more. Hi
protein snacks onhand will help you, like hardboiled egg, pumpkin or
sunflower seeds, also vegetable slices, like carrots if you like those. If
it’s a serious problem, people will cut out fruit as well, using HB
vegetables and protein. For me, i had to stop eating ALL carbs. Now i can
do fruit, but not too much.

    And, don’t overlook the obvious — if you don’t buy it you won’t eat
    it. It’s far easier to muster enough will power during a half hour
    of
    grocery shopping than several days at home with a carton of ice cream
    in the freezer.
