lightheadedness and headache

Melissa, as soon as I made the decision to give up wheat, I was
positively shocked by how much wheat I had been consuming. All day,
every day. I threw away practically everything in my pantry and
started over.
I think I made the switch too abruptly because my resistance lowered
and I got the WORST stomach flu this past weekend. I should have
removed one thing at a time from my diet.
As for symptoms, my only complaint is that my stomach and bowels are
very noisy. I’ll by lying on the bed watching TV and all of a sudden
I start “gurgling” rather loudly. Anyone else experience this?
I’m getting the hang of the program, learning to eat spelt instead of
wheat, upping my veg and fruit intake, etc. I tried making my own
mayo but nothing tasted very good, so at least I switched to Hain
Canola Oil mayo. It’s not ideal, but it’s an improvement!
The one thing I’m unsure about is where it’s essential that I eat red

meat. I wanted to get some input from other list members. I read in
CR4YT that the herb Coleus forskolii can be used to help the body
react the same way it would if you ate red meat. Has anyone here
tried it? I’m especially interested in hearing from those of you
who, like me, have gone without eating red meat (I eat chicken,
turkey and fish) for many years and are now being told that red meat
should be consumed 4-6x per week. My conscience is having a really
hard time with this.
