Hi Hermann,
I am new to the type O list, and I read the article you posted on soy
with great interest. I have used soy products for years, and I, too, have
experienced side effects, but believed in the benefits out-weighing the
potential health risks.
Recently I realized I had to quit taking the soy protein powder, as I am
on hormone replacement, and I was getting many bizarre symptoms, thinking I
was on too much hormone. I stopped using the protein, and within a couple
weeks, the symptoms subsided. I have had a lot of the “brain fog” and
lethargy, and I am hoping that those symptoms will all go away, too. (Never
related this to soy!) I just stopped taking the protein about six weeks ago.
I’ve still been using the soy milk, but I will stop that too.
I was wondering what the source of the article is.
Also, I was wondering if you or anyone else would have any suggestions
what to use as a milk substitute. I’m wondering about almond or rice milk.

It’s only been about a week that I’ve been on the O plan, and I’m doing
well. Has anyone experienced detoxifying symptoms?
