Lyme Disease & ER4YT?

Thursday, May 22nd, 2003

Hello!
I was just wondering if anyone here who has been on the diet for a
while and has Lyme Disease has any info on how they progressed with
ER4YT and their regime? I have had Lyme for about 4 years
now, ..Doctors have been no help! :0( I don’t take any antibiotics as
I am COMPLETELY against them now. ( I don’t feel they are neccessary)
I live in Northern CA and have gotten bitten by ticks several times
when I used to live in the country basically. The last one was
different and I felt sick, but this was nearly 4 years ago!
But my troubles REALLY began I’d say (since I don’t even remember
WHEN I got bitten exactly) about 3 months later when I started to
take erythromycine for acne when I was 14.(which I know is a poison
for O’s!) Then I got mono shortly after, from my dad we suspect since
he was sick for 3 months, but never got tested. I took
the “poisonous” antibiotic throughout that(STUPIDLY) so as a result I

The boy with the different blood type

Tuesday, May 20th, 2003

I was reading Dr D’s book today and came to the section where he wrote
about different blood types showing up. It is on pg 338.
In a nut shell, the boy probably picked up the different blood type
because both parents or one parent were carrying it. I don’t remember
the story, but were they all type O and the one child was an A or
something? So in this case, one or both parents also carried the type A
blood from their parents. It makes sense.
I am in a family where I am trying to figure my deceased parent’s blood
type. 3 of us are Os, and one is A, and one is an AB (she thinks). So I
figure one or both of my parents were not true Os. Pam.

ketchup and salad dressing.

Tuesday, May 20th, 2003

Peter,
In the book, “Cook Right 4 Your Type”, there is a recipe for homemade ketchup
that is ok for Type O’s. I have made it and it is delicious. Also, there
are several recipes for making your own salad dressing that Type O’s can use.
There is one I use regularly, modifying it with herbs and spices which are
ok for O’s.
Happy ketchup and happy salad!!!
