		<description>Hey Juni,
 Are you still out there?
Do you remember a while back we exchanged some thoughts on thyroid
suppressants and stimulants? You were wondering about the cabbage
family, whether you could compensate for depressing your thyroid by
eating the thyroid stimulating seaweeds kind of deal.
Two ideas: one is: have you looked into the body type theories of
Abravanel (sources: book: on-line seller or library) Cooper (sources:
 book as well as website:
Well, it would be interesting to find out which body type you are. As a
thyroid type myself, I am supposed to lay off the foods that stimulate
my thyroid (less carbohydrates altogether, little or no refined
carbohydrates, watch coffee intake, etc.) and instead focus on foods
such as eggs which stimulate my adrenals, also chicken and fish, with,
as always, lots of vegetables, and not too much fruit.
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
The thought that occurs to me about the thyroid suppressants is: they
are similar, possibly to the thyroid stimulants, in that they 'push the
buttons' of the thyroid, something I am avoiding.
 Any thoughts?
 How are you doing?
