Newbie-O Type.
Hello,I am new to this whole program. However, I have just finished Dr. D’Adamos’ book ER4YT. I find the whole premise fascinating. I am a registered Nurse by trade but am a stay at home mom currently. I found this info on eating for your type while searching the web for a dies that will work for me. I have lost 34 pounds and have 99 to go. I tried Susan Powter’s premise of eating and found that all the carbs made of wheat were terrible for me.
I also have had IBS for several years. I have had a thyroidectomy due to a chronic thyroiditis. And take Synthroid replacement. I also had a hysterectomy 2 years ago.
I started dieting Jan3rd. At that time I also started exercising regularly. I have found that while not motivated to exercise I really feel so much better after exercising.
I am looking for information, recipes, success stories. I have been following the type o diet for 2 days and feel really good so far. I think I’m really going to miss breads though and need to learn how to make Essene Bread.
Thanks so much.
