Flaxseed Oil for Baking?

I use flaxseed oil as a salad dressing, but can I use it for baking? Or what
is the best oil for bread/cookie recipes? Also, what flour would you
recommend?

    My flax oil bottles clearly say “Not intended for high heat cooking or
    baking.” I use olive oil in everything, absolutely everything. And spelt
    flour since the other flours that are O permissible don’t rise at all.
