I think not working the O diet, would negatively affect the thyroid. Several
avoids on the O diet, supress thyroid activity, and cause tendency to weight
gain. I think thyroid problem will be exacerbated by improper diet. I know
caffiene, colas, all the things which are bad for O's are bad for people with
weak or low thyroid function. Conversely, the adherence to this diet
probably will set ideal body condition for best thyroid recovery, and
function.
