softer breads.

I love the ezekial bread. It is not a real soft bread though and is kind
of dry, but it does grow on you. And I can eat a lot of it with no ill
effects. Pam.

Yes, it would be great to know his reasoning so we can apply it
ourselves. there are so many herbs I have questions about which are not
listed, and if I just knew his principal properties, it would make life

I understand that anchinacea is not recommended because it boosts our immune

Typical day

Monday, April 21st, 2003

Chris,
This morning I had a boiled egg, a slice of spelt bread (I had to get the
breadmaker and learn how!) with goat cheese and 3 slices of Texas red
grapefruit and a cup of licorice tea. For a mid morning snack I had a hand
full of walnuts and a bananna and a glass of speltzer water. For lunch I had
a roast beef (Had to buy a crock pot) sandwich on spelt and a small salad
with the lemon dressing which I went ahead and marianated a piece of white
fish for tonight. For Late afternoon I will have a handfull of raisins, a
plum and a glass of speltzer water. For dinner it will be the white fish, a
baked sweet potato and stir fry green vegs (I had to buy a wok) and a glass
of Blackstone red wine.
This food plan is a REAL DEAL and not for sissies. I haven’t eaten out in
the 3 months I have followed the guidelines. I go into the health food stores
and they yell HEY BIG SPENDER! )Smile). I literally started from scratch and
ignorance. I now have a connection for the free range eggs and feel like I

Hi Ali,

You sound as if you are doing something right! Are you eating mostly the Highly Beneficial foods? I have about 30 pounds to lose and am new to this list. Any weight loss pointers from anyone on the list would be appreciated!

Ali, (and anyone else reading this) could you share a typical eating day for you, so I can get some idea if I am doing this right?

Thanks! Chris

, the only miscarriages I have had would be spontaneous where I
did not even know I was pg.
I use a high potency pro cream from ovulation until menses.
Also, I also take different herbs and infusions throughout my cycle.
Doing this with the diet has helped a lot. Pam.
