Shalom,
Good morning to you all. as I go along reading your posting I think that you
are lucky over there at the u.s, you have so much variety. well since all
this trend off “getting back to nature” started over there it makes seance.
here in Israel we have only Rey bread or sprouted wheat bread that is too
moist for me. if I remember right Rey is N. I’ve tried some Rey pasta but it
was a flop. but I must admit little by little thing improve as the demand
grows.
Dr. D wrote no yogurt but what about gout milk yogurt? we all have so many
questions about products ect. that are not in the book. is there a way to
contact Dr. D and ask him?
I’ve started taking olive leaf extract, I’ll tell you if it does any good.
Does any one know of the brand SOLGAR for vitamins ect. are they reliable?
Thank for all the help I get from you.

Mary Ann,
Dr. D’Adamo says that wheat is the result of scientific alteration of the
original grain in order to make it more resistant to disease, and provide the
farmer with greater harvest yields. I don’t have any direct knowledge of how
this is done. But I do know that the grain triticale is also a hybrid. I
believe it is a hybrid of rye and wheat.

Heh, do you all look at the ingredients to make sure there are no avoids
in them?
I hunted locally at all my stores, and only found one that did not have
corn, wheat, oat bran. IT did have vanilla and was flavored with
cranberries. It is Women’s Natural Replacement by Schiff. But the
pickings are very slim. Pam.

Hi I am a new member. Just testing to check this message reaches the

Do you have to continue taking the olive leaf for candida? I mean, once
you get it out of your system, how soon does it take to come back? Pam.

Pam here, trying to get pregnant at 43. Thank you for the words of
encouragement.
And yes, both the olive leaf and silver were tooted for candida. I
choose the olive leaf because it seemed less immune boosting than the
silver.
I have been taking the olive leaf for 3 days and I have seen a remarkable
change in my problems, but I have also become constipated - which is
strange for the new me (i was always constipated as a kid). I take it at
night, but before each meal, I will take 2 high dose acidopholus pills.
So I don’t know what is going on in this area. any one taking olive leaf
become constipated? Pam.
Shalom
A few days ago some one mentioned olive leaf extract and colloidal silver
being good for the fight against bacteria or was it candida and yeast? can
you repeat what was it good for? I’m now about 3 month on antibiotics
because of my sinusitis and I would like to try something else.
For all of you who are trying to get pregnant, I wish you all the best. I’m
41 and I have a one year old baby and it’s great (I have a girl 18, and
twins 16) with the older ones it was bingo, success on the first try. but
this time it didn’t work for a year. I’ve done all the test possible,
nothing was wrong and yet, nothing. I’ve tried vegan diet and different
herbs but it didn’t do the trick. at last I got two packs of shots,
Metrodin. on the first run after 10 shots the doctor aborted it saying my
eggs aren’t mature. on the second try (with a higher dosage) after 7 shots
he told me to stop and that will try next month another method, but this
time although I had only one small egg (12 mm) I did it! so don’t loose
