I think Dr D states in his book to get the vit E from natural sources. I
am wondering though if the sunflower seeds would be overdoing it. Only
they were loaded with vit E. Pam.

My hubby thinks I am wacko on this diet.
Even before I found this diet, I saw what milk products did to me and my
son, and my dh still poo pooed the idea.
He is a stubborn person. So I will not receive any endorcement at all
from him.
Although, he does tell our son to curtail his sweets and to eat more
healthy, so that is a start. but he would not insist our son to give up
the avoid foods - probably because he himself could not give them up. So
I trudge alone and influence when I can. Pam.

AAahhhhh, throw that soy sauce out!!! Mine has corn syrup and lactase in
it. Plus mine says to refigerate - and we keep it in the cupboard. You
can tell, we don't use it much.
So if your temps are low, add kelp to your diet. If they are high, lower
the doseage or stop it alltogether. Pam.

Thanks Pam,
I was so curious about that liquid thyroid. And i never thought to 'chart'
my own thyroid by taking temps, but, i guess that makes sense. So...... low
temps, we just knock off the soy sauce right?

I bought my liquid kelp at the health food store. It states to take 2
drops a day. I take more due to the soy liquids I take. I read that soy
can make thyroids hypo, and that is the last thing I want. But I use my
basal temps to check for using too much kelp. Pam.

Yes, I take liquid kelp - I wonder how much calcium is in that? Ha ha,
it probably has none.
Yes, I had tried the rye crisps with sesame and my movements were very
loose. I would love to try the ezekiel bread with sesame but I am afraid
to. I don't think the rye crisps had any bad ingredients in them. SO I
just figured it was the sesame. Pam.

I know what you mean. We gotta leave off some things to learn new things to

for positive change. Then, seems like catching up is a battle. I have been
online and trying to plot a course of dieting and activity that's not too
complicated. One day i just have to believe, i'll be out of pain, and
directing things in my own life, as if i had a say-so. Now i just seem to
hang on. But i know i will keep trying to be like i feel i can be; but i'm
too pooped, right now. So it's a little slow.
