    I live in Oklahoma City, Ok. USA
    I have been following the diet (essentially) for nearly two years.
    I find the foods listed to avoid don’t agree with me.

    I found when I cut out the avoids, my energy level went up. If I find myself
    in a situation where I have to eat an avoid, like pizza with a wheat crust, I
    feel the effects within a very short time. I’m glad to hear about your
    results.
