To Eaharvey1 - Ali
Hi Ali,
You sound as if you are doing something right! Are you eating mostly the Highly Beneficial foods? I have about 30 pounds to lose and am new to this list. Any weight loss pointers from anyone on the list would be appreciated!
Ali, (and anyone else reading this) could you share a typical eating day for you, so I can get some idea if I am doing this right?
Thanks! Chris

Elize,
Spelt is what wheat used to be before hybrids were developed. It is ironic
that science has created something that is not fit for consumption by a good
portion of the planetary populace.

Kathleen,
You wrote that wheat is a hybrid? Spelt is i might say, the original wheat?
And the wheat we know is actually “altered”? I was curious, because so many
of us have almost killed ourselves eating good wholesome wholegrain
everything..
What did you mean by hybrid? Not as natural as it should be, or tampered
with?

Dear Kathleen
Thank you very much for all your advice to so many of us - spelt is not
available here in South Africa but as I will be in the USA soon I will enjoy
going shopping for a few of the items that is not available here.
Wishing you a wonderful day
Elize
