ASPARTAME

I’m not sure why I keep getting copies of this email, but if people want to
learn about
Aspartame go to the web!! I don’t have anything saved in my archives.

    Hi MK,

    Aspartame is also linked to brain tumors as well. Dangerous stuff is CORRECT!!!

    Some time ago somebody posted the whole journal thing on the aspartame issue. I
    kept it but lost is a month or so ago when my computer went on strike….
    (sigh…)
    If someone has still got this, please repost it. I want to forward it to a
    friend who is just starting on the BTD. She has this yo-yo weight issue and has
    been on artificial sweeteners for years!

    I was away for 5 days, and I really missed my ER4YT list! Time to get caught up
    on some topics:
    I avoid aspartame, it IS horrible for you. I think it is a neuro-toxin, but I
    do not recall where I picked up that bit of info.
