I kept it but lost is a month or so ago when my computer went on strike.... (sigh...) If someone has still got this, please repost it. I want to forward it to a friend who is just starting on the BTD. She has this yo-yo weight issue and has been on artificial sweeteners for years! Thanks! PS: where is Thomas???
