completely blew it
Maria,
I am in the same boat and my back is killing me like it hasn’t for a
loooong time. I haven’t done anythingg to pull it so I’m atributing it to my
straying so far from the diet.

Same to you, Maria. I’m in my 40’s and am usually and exercise fanatic but
haven’t had time for a while. I have osteoarthritis in my back and osteopenia
as well from years of anorexia. I guess this is an indication that the diet
was doing something. I too have been frustrated about not losing weight. Hope
you are feeling better soon. I”m interested to hear if anyone else has some
thoughts that can help us get back on track.

I am hoping to be able to get back on the diet. I have one question…are we
supposed to completely eliminate grains? Cut back on them? I crave starch and
sweets really bad. I do like a lot of things on the food plan for
O’s…particularly sweet potatoes and all sorts of HB seafood.
