thanks
Hi!
Thank you Jim, Pam & Rochell for answering my call. I would really like to
help, if I can, I have in a way, more problems than you have understanding
the book, since mine is translated to Hebrew and there are all kind of
products that we dont have and on the other hand things we do have that are
not mentioned. Well I do my best. I dont have major health problems so I
prefer to prevent them. Some of the tips you gave I already apply.
Thanks again

Thanks for all the help, guys…I guess it is too good to be true, and at
$400 an hour I didn’t want to take the chance. I am sensitive to even a lot
of the HB so was hoping for a short cut. Thanks
Kae
PS Turkey recipe sounds WONDERFUL!!

This list is the best! Thanks for you input. Max mentioned the EZ pockets, I
wanted bread last nite, so I quartered a pocket, brushed with butter and
sprinkled with garlic salt, satisfied my bread craving, and it was good! My
picky husband even commented on how good they are, and hes strictly a meat
potatoes and nothing else person.
I am doing a tai chi, pilates class twice a week and lifting weights, i have
been able to get into pants that were a tight just this last week, no weight
lost, but firmer muscles. I am 5′ 5″ and weigh 158, not ashamed of the weight,
but I dont feel at my best and its stressing my joints, I am very small in
stature. That is my reason for wanting to shape up, I feel this weight is just
too much on my frame. Tendonitus in my feet is common now and never was before.
Thanks again everyone for your help and the recipes!
