Foods and Why: Coconut oil, Black Walnut, Ech

I think it;’s black walnuts themselves that you need to watch if you’re
overweight.
I have a question, too. The past few days I’ve really been having some
tummy problems…lots of gas and frequent loose stools. The only thing I can
narrow it down to was the raw turnips I had Wednesday. I thought these were
on the HB list. I don’t think they agree with me. It has been really
irritating and inconvenient at work.
I will have to try the squash. I’ve been enjoying the yams…our produce
manager says he can’t even get sweet potatoes right now. The yams look pretty
orange to me. In any case I can use the estrogen boost. I can’t take estrogen
in pill form…the lowest dose shot my usual 90/60 BP up to 147/88! I didn’t
want to take it anyway. So my doc says lots of soy…which I do with
pleasure!
Well gotta go take my kid to school. My this is an active mail list! Glad
I found it.

Hi, my name’s Deborah and I have been taking a product for a year which
is a tremendous help with my hormones and it doesn’t have estrogen. If
you’re interested, you can write me. I too am an “0″ and have a family of
“A’s” who’d prefer being the one’s who can eat meat, and I’d prefer the
veggie diet……oh well……we balance it out. Thanks to everyone who has
    written on this list :

Hi Deborah - my husband and I are the same way. Hes the A who eats lots of
meat (wish he wouldn’t) and I’m the O who would rather not. At least I’m
making him happier with how I am cooking these days. Trying to get him to
read the book. Worry about heart disease and all that. We both lost our
    dads young. Jeanie
