chili

there
are some dishes that I can prepare and freeze in servings for quick meals.
Any recipies for this would be great. Is there a way to make legal
chili?
I couldn’t agree more. Finding the time!! It helps if you can get your kitchen
equiped. Make it the place you want to spend the most time. CD player and a
new set of knives? LOL but it worked for me.
A chile that is not only legal but highly beneficial!
Saute in olive oil a chopped onion (red, yellow, white) add some chopped fennel
if desired.
Season heartily with tumeric, dulse, mustard, garlic, parsley, black pepper
(fresh ground only, the pre-ground has molds) cayenne, and anything else you
think it needs.
Add the leanest ground beef and saute until cooked.
(drain if needed)

then add a can of tomatoes, I like the flavored ones, salsa style for chili is
yummy, and a can of pinto beans (drained).
Simmer until hot thru and thru, about 15 to 30 minutes. Cooking a little longer
gets the flavors more matured. Every thing in this recipe except the fennel and
a couple spices is beneficial. Make the biggest skillet full you can and the
leftovers work great. I haven’t perfected the recipe for an adzuki bean chili.
They are sweeter, more delicate. And much smaller. Over cooked and they are
yucky.
My number one breakfast recipe is a fruit smoothie. I also practice food
combining (very easy being a type O) so I like to have all my fruits first thing
in the morning. Fruit is natures fast food. Frozen fruit is just as (almost?)
healthy as fresh, and a whole lot more convenient. I fill a blender with 1 to
2 cups juice (pineapple or black cherry) then add about two cups of frozen fruit
(mango/banana/blackcherry/peach/blueberry .. .)
Only two or at most three kinds of fruit or the flavors get too confusing.
When I mix it, I add seltzer water (beneficial!) to thin when needed. The
seltzer gives it a fun fiz. I enjoy it with a straw! (and to go on some days.)
A nice alternative to jam is lemon curd. No avoids in the brand that Trader
Joes sells. (Thank goodness I can shop there, they have so many things that
don’t include the usual avoids.)
