Yucca and Tapioca

They list Yucca as neutral and Tapioca as occasional (used to be
an avoid).
If Tapioca comes from Yucca, would someone explain this to me.

    Okay here I have been bragging about being healthy and not having any severe
    side effects when I cheat……well I do have one problem….since I started
    this “O” ERFYT diet, I have had a lot of joint pain in my knees and hips. Never
    really associated it with the diet…thought I was just getting older and that
    was a consequence of aging….but the pain is getting more intense the more I
    stay on my diet.
    Can anyone tell me why, and what I can take for it?

    Oooooo - are you sure you are an O blood type? I know I’m an O — got
    tested by the doctor many years ago. When I eat according to Dr. D’s
    recommendations, I feel better than I do when I don’t eat the right way.
    You may have something else going on. Maybe it’s not the diet. I hope you
    get it straightened out soon. LOL Carol

    Debbie, What happens when you cheat? Better, worse or the same? What have
    you been eating on the program that you ate little or none of prior to going
    on the program? What is new in your environment? Carpet, additions, paint?

    Any other symptoms? Fatigue, confusion indigestion? What is your exercise
    program? I bet we can find an answer here.

    I can’t tell you why, but I have had pain in my hips lately. I don’t think
    that I had it prior to the diet. I have been on the diet since March of this
    year. I know I am getting older, but I wonder if there is some relationship
    or if it is just coincidence????
