Exercise ** Starting out easy

On the Runner’s World web site they have some good suggestions when
beginning an exercise program.
www.runnersworld.com
One is when starting out, walk 15 minutes from your home (or 10 minutes) or
from your car if you find a nice place to walk
–in any direction–
and turn around and go back.
I have found that on days that I start exercising when I feel like it is
going to be a terrible day, if I can just get through that
FIRST THIRTEEN MINUTES, I start to feel better.
Speaking of thirteen, the rumor has it that in ancient China if someone in
the house was angry, they were to go run around there house 13 times!
Must have been an O that said that!!!
