In reference to the joint pain ...
There's another one I don't tolerate very well -- Ezekial bread (though
it's listed as HB). Not as bad as the kamut, though! I still have about
1/2 a loaf in the freezer, going to try it again in a couple of months.

Dear Bibi,
Hi I,m Rochelle. I've been on the O diet for 4 weeks now and my son
noticed that I've already got my lists memorized. Guess I'm a bit obsessive.
According to the book coffee is on the avoid list...decaf as well as regular.
As to the Italian Sandwich....Peppers are a nuetral, but maybe they don't
agree with you...wheat is a the biggest no-no and who knows what was in the
sauce?
Eating out is hard. I went to Denny's with friends last night and ended
up having a burger without the bread and a salad. Those fries were a bit hard
to pass up but I felt good about.
Hope this was of some help to you,
Rochelle

<< decaffinated coffee or cappucino?
Hi Bibi,
I don't think it is the caffiene that is a problem with coffee, it is the
acid that O's should avoid.
